Problem

AI conversations are useful, then vanish. I wanted continuity that could survive beyond a single thread.

System

Kairos uses scheduled reflection, planning context, and a memory model to keep the assistant grounded in current life state.

Build

The first versions are Notion-backed and cron-driven while the semantic memory layer is being designed.

Result

It already shapes planning and reflection work. TODO: quantify reliability once semantic memory is live.

What it proves

It proves I can design AI systems around continuity instead of novelty.
